Upon accepting the quotation, a sample fee payment will be required to proceed with the project.
After receiving the sample fee, we’ll collaborate to finalize production details, reviewing and refining the tech pack, addressing any incomplete aspects, and finding solutions for any unfeasible design elements.

Production time varies based on design complexity. Using pre-made patterns can speed up the process, while washing techniques may extend it.

Before shipping, we will take photos of the samples for your confirmation.
For sample shipping, we default to using DHL to ensure timely and safe delivery.
To start sampling, simply share your tech pack in any format such as a document, sketch, or spreadsheet. Make sure it includes essential details like design specifications, measurements, materials, and production methods..
For optimal accuracy, we recommend providing a physical sample or reference piece. This ensures our team can precisely replicate the design, fabric, and details, resulting in a high-quality sample that meets your expectations.

At Corsa Textile, the sampling process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks after finalizing the tech pack. Once production is complete, we ship through trusted express courier services, and samples typically arrive within 3 to 7 days. You will receive regular updates throughout the process to ensure full transparency.

After confirming the product information and quantity, we will provide you with an initial bulk quotation.
To proceed with bulk production, we will require you to pay the first payment after accepting our initial quotation.
Final adjustments to fit, print colors, size, and position will be made in a pre-production sample before bulk production.
If the bulk products match the samples exactly, this step will be skipped, and we’ll proceed directly to bulk manufacturing.

Our quality control team will inspect the bulk-produced products to ensure they meet our standards.
After the quality check, we’ll notify you of the shipment quantity and confirm logistics arrangements.

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design per color. However, for intricate or complex designs, the MOQ may vary. We’ll work with you to determine the best approach for your specific needs.
Typically, bulk production takes 4-6 weeks.
If you are a returning customer and want to re-order stock, we can usually shorten this time frame.
You’re free to mix sizes within your order as long as the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is met. Standard sizes (XS–XL) are included in the MOQ, while sizes above XL may require a higher MOQ or adjusted pricing per piece.
